My name is Amy and I have always loved cooking and baking - it's been part of life for as long as I can remember! But, it's never just about the food: it's about family, gathering around the table and building community.

After working in the restaurant industry, teaching cooking classes, traveling to different countries to learn cooking methods and traditions... I have decided to start a baking business to better serve Soddy Daisy and surrounding areas.
