Gnocchi Making Class
Join us as we make potato gnocchi dough from scratch. You will learn techniques for mixing the dough, kneading, and shaping the fresh pasta. We will also make a flavorful red, tomato sauce, and bake everything with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. This is "gnocchi alla sorrentino". We will also enjoy a fresh romaine salad, with tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and provolone cheese. And make some crispy shallots to top it, with a home-made vinaigrette.
