About the event
This is hands-on cooking cooking class, plus some demonstration. One ticket is for one person. If you bring a date, you must buy 2 tickets.
We will make:
Italian Chopped Salad with Homemade Frico Crisps and Vinaigrette
Hand-formed Penne Pasta from scratch, using semolina flour
Mussels OR Italian Sausage all’Arrabbiata - spicy tomato sauce with calabrian peppers and your choice of mussels OR Italian sausage for our pasta (please make sure to make your choice when you register)
Chocolate Panna Cotta with Homemade Whipped Cream and Raspberries
