About the event
This is a hands-on cooking class, plus some demonstration.
We will make:
Croquettes - crispy, fried little cylinders, filled with a thick bechamel base, Manchego cheese and Serrano ham, with a side of Smoked Pimenton Aioli
Paella - Vibrant rice dish made with saffron threads; we'll have some seafood, chicken thighs and chorizo in the mix!
Homemade Churros with a Spanish Drinking Chocolate
