About the event
This is a hands-on cooking class, plus some demonstration.
We will make:
Fried Green Tomatoes with Bacon Jam and Pimento Cheese
Shrimp & Grits, with Andouille Sausage and a Tomato Jam
REAL 'Nanner Puddin - we will make homemade pudding and a meringue topping, with bananas and vanilla wafers
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
