Pasta Making Series #1

This is a hands-on cooking class;

Join us as we make egg pasta dough from scratch. You will learn techniques for mixing the dough, kneading, rolling, and cutting the fresh pasta.

We will also make a flavorful red, tomato sauce to "marry" with the pasta.

This is the first class in our Fresh Pasta series. You do not need to attend all of them - choose which ones you're interested in! We will be making different pasta shapes throughout the series.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
