Our Oktoberfest cooking menu includes:
Bavarian Soft Pretzels with Beer cheese
Spaetzle (german type of noodle) with Brown Butter
Breaded Pork Schnitzel with Lemon and Braised Red Cabbage
Black Forest Trifle (with whipped cream and cherries)
