Brunch Cooking Class Menu:
Eggs in Purgatory (uova al purgatorio) - poached eggs in a calabrian pepper and tomato sauce, topped with fresh basil, grated parmesan and served with crusty bread
Homemade Sausage - ground pork, garlic, fennel, sage, thyme
Million Dollar Bacon - candied bacon made with real maple syrup, with a hint of cayenne
Crepes with Strawberries & Prosecco Whipped Cream - thin, delicate pancake stuffed with prosecco-infused whipped cream, topped with fresh strawberries, drizzled with Nutella
