About the event
This is a hands-on cooking class, plus some demonstration.
Menu:
Red Pepper and Pesto Bruschetta - toasted bread slices, topped with a basil, pistachio pesto, whipped ricotta, roasted red peppers and balsamic reduction
Handmade Fettuccine Pasta - Egg pasta made with Italian "00" flour
Chicken Marsala - Tender pan-seared chicken cutlets in a rich, golden Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms
Lemon Panna Cotta with Blueberry Coulis - Silky, custard-like dessert with a blueberry sauce
