About the event
This is a hands-on cooking class, plus some demonstration.
We will make homemade dumpling wrappers to start. While the dough rests, we will work on our pork filling, plus 2 kinds of dipping sauces.
We will also make a smashed cucumber salad to go with our dumplings.
We will steam the dumplings, using bamboo steamers. And pan-fry them, too. You can decide which way you like best!
Fortune cookies and Chinese tea, will be provided to end the meal!
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
