About the event
This is a hands-on cooking class, plus some demonstration.
We will make:
Avgolemono soup - chicken broth, egg yolks, and fresh lemon, finished with tender rice and a whisper of dill
Greek Salad - Crisp cucumber, juicy tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, green peppers, and creamy feta — all kissed by olive oil and a hint of oregano
Pastitsio - Layers of tubular pasta, beef in tomato sauce, and creamy béchamel — baked golden and rich, with a hint of cinnamon warmth
Greek Semolina Cake with Orange Syrup - moist and tender, served with a dollop of greek yogurt
