About the event
This is a hands-on cooking class, plus some demonstration.
We will make:
Detroit-Style Pizza (Dough and sauce), plus toppings (PLEASE NOTE: You will NOT be making your own individual pizza. Everyone in class will get 2 slices. If you are looking for an individual, 12" pizza, please look for our Neapolitan Pizza class instead).
BIG Italian Salad - Fresh lettuce, veggies, cheese with homemade croutons and dressing
Tiramisu for dessert.
