Moqueca Stew with Shrimp - Onion, garlic, bell pepper, tomatoes with coconut milk, dende oil & topped with cilantro, served over rice
Pao de Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread) - Made with tapioca flour and parmesan cheese
Frango Churrasco (chicken BBQ) - Marinated chicken thighs, with Peri Peri seasoning, garlic & smoked paprika, served on skewers
Salada de Feijao Fradinho (Black Eyed Peas Salad) - with a cilantro, red wine vinegar dressing
