About the event
This is a hands-on cooking class, plus some demonstration.
We will make:
Fried Pork Egg Rolls – Golden, crispy rolls stuffed with seasoned pork and vegetables, served with apricot dipping sauce and spicy mustard sauce
General Tso’s Chicken with Rice and Broccoli – Bold, spicy-sweet chicken tossed in glossy sauce, served over fluffy rice with tender broccoli
Lo Mein Noodles – Stir-fried egg noodles with vegetables and savory sauce—springy, satisfying, and full of flavor.
Dessert will be Pu-er Black Chinese tea and fortune cookies.
