About the event
This is a hands-on cooking class, plus some demonstration.
We will make:
Pork Satay with a Quick Pickle (Ajaad) - Grilled skewers of marinated pork, tender and charred, served with a creamy, spiced peanut sauce
Thai-Inspired Salad - Romaine lettuce, red bell peppers, and carrots tossed with fresh herbs, and a zesty lime-peanut dressing, topped with crushed peanuts
Pad Thai Noodles - Wok-tossed rice noodles with egg, tofu and chicken, and tamarind sauce—tangy, sweet, and smoky, finished with lime, cilantro and sprouts
Thai Tea Creme Brulee - Silky custard infused with bold Thai tea
