About the event
This is a hands-on cooking class, plus some demonstration.
We will make:
Potato and Cabbage Colcannon - creamy mashed potatoes folded with tender cabbage, scallions, and loads of butter
Chicken and Leek Irish Pie - tender chicken, sweet leeks, and smoky bacon simmered in a creamy sauce, all tucked under a golden, buttery puff pastry crust
Chocolate Tart - silky chocolate ganache, poured into a crisp chocolate cookie crust and
topped with a cloud of homemade whipped cream
