Peach Bruschetta with Ricotta - toasted bread slices, topped with juicy peaches, creamy ricotta, a drizzle of honey and fresh herbs
Handmade Orecchiette Pasta with Pesto - semolina pasta dough with a pistachio and citrus pesto & Parmigiano Reggiano
Grilled Swordfish Caponata - Eggplant, tomatoes, capers, olives, golden raisins, pine nuts, garlic, red wine vinegar and oil
Olive Oil Cake - Soft, moist cake topped with fresh whipped cream and berries
Our kitchen is located in Soddy Daisy, TN on Mowbray Mountain. You will receive the address after you have registered for class.
