About the event
This is a hands-on cooking class, plus some demonstration.
You will learn techniques for mixing the dough, kneading, and shaping the fresh semolina pasta.
This is the third class in our Pasta Making series. You do not need to attend all of them - choose which ones you're interested in! We will be making different pasta shapes throughout the series.
