About the event
This is a hands-on cooking class, plus some demonstration.
We will make:
Spinach Caprese Frittata - eggs baked with spinach, and garlic, then topped with tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, basil & balsamic drizzle
Spring Risotto with Garlic Shrimp - Creamy risotto with tender asparagus, lemon zest, and mascarpone cheese, finished with chives and Parmesan and garlicky shrimp
Rosemary Focaccia Bread
Lemon Posset - Rich, creamy dessert topped with blackberries and crushed pistachios
