Sorrento-Style Baked Gnocchi - Handmade potato gnocchi, baked to perfection with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and basil
Beef Braciole - Rolled up thin beef, filled with parmesan, pine nuts, herbs, golden raisins, and braised in a wine and tomato sauce
Torta Caprese - Flourless chocolate cake, dusted with powdered sugar, and served with fresh whipped cream
