About the event
Join us for a Greek cooking class! Our menu includes:
Saganaki (Pan-seared cheese) flambe'ed with brandy and served with either a squeeze of lemon or drizzle of honey
Chicken Souvlaki - Marinated chicken breast grilled on skewers and served with:
Tzatziki Sauce - homemade sauce made with yogurt and cucumbers
Pita Bread - freshly baked flatbread
... All served with tomatoes, red onion and romaine
