About the event
This is a hands-on cooking class, plus some demonstration.
We will make:
Creamy Queso cheese served with tortilla chips
Homemade Guacamole - ripe avocados, jalepeno pepper, onion and fresh lime juice with cilantro
Chicken Tinga Tostadas: Crispy tostadas topped with homemade refried beans, shredded chicken in smoky chipotle-tomato-tomatillo sauce, then topped with tangy crema, sharp queso fresco, and fresh cilantro & lime
Classic Mexican Rice Pudding with raisins and cinnamon
